Refund/Return/Cancellation Policy
Customers should contact their local Hawkins branch if not satisfied with a product for any reason. Products purchased from Hawkins HVAC Distributors Inc., that are in their original packaging and resalable condition, can be returned within 90 days. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment (credit card, credit account, etc.).
Please note the following guidelines to obtain a full refund:
- Proof of purchase is required.
- Returned products must be in the original packaging, unused, undamaged, and saleable condition.
- Bundled items need to be returned with all components for a full refund.
- Original delivery fees will be deducted from the refund unless the return is the result of a Hawkins error.
- Non-stock products may NOT be returned.
- No product returns will be accepted after 90 days from the purchase date.
- Product returns may be denied or made subject to restocking fees and other charges.
